Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one email box account to another, activate e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your mail accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you wish to forward e-mails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
